I have this problem with my xbox360 and i had no idea to fix it . Thank god this crap save my life! totally serious haha! so by posting up my first post its gonna be something that proven and works!One awesome shit bout this is that they reply you fast with your problems . Probably a 24/7 service.
p.s oh yea forget bout the pdf they give you , the vids are probably enough based on me.
